The Bagaloff Family Jim Bagaloff has been involved in real estate development since 1971 and has succeeded because of his commitment to quality, sensitivity to the environment, and years of experience in the building and real estate industries. Jim is a former President of a division of Kemper Financial Services, Inc. Supervision of all Storm Hill projects is conducted by his son Brad and son-in-law Nat Gray.
